Credit Account – an account can be opened quickly and easily. Simply follow the step by step instructions in the ‘new account ‘section or phone the office for details (01924 441480). In most cases an account will be opened within three days.
Cash Account – payment prior to, or on delivery
Cheque- when cleared by transax.
All items are shown at trade prices excluding VAT.
Invoices are sent with delivery notes unless otherwise requested.
In the event that you need to cancel any order you have placed with us before delivery, you must fax or email your cancellation and confirm by phoning. Special order items cannot be cancelled once they have arrived at the depot. In the event of cancelation of special order items (and the order has arrived at the depot) you will be liable to incur a charge of 25% of the total cost of those items.
If you require help in calculating the total cost of a kitchen or a range of items, simply enter your reference on the website as ‘quote’ or alternatively call our sales office. One of our experienced team will send you a full detailed quotation either by email, fax or post.
Special order goods cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. Damaged or faulty goods must be notified within three days of delivery. A credit note will only be issued once inspection and credit has been agreed by the manufacturer.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the prices shown are issued as a guide and do not represent an offer of sale.
Manufacturers may change specification and prices without notice. Maximum effort has gone into ensuring indications of colour way and image reference are as accurate as software will allow. All sizes are nominal.
England and Wales
Orders over £50 excluding VAT - free delivery in line with our normal delivery schedule

Home Delivery- A home delivery service is available and charge of £50 is levied when this service is requested. However, we will insist upon able bodied assistance for our driver, and we will deliver to the property doorway, not inside the property.
All other destinations
You will be advised on the time of ordering if carriage charges are applicable
Range Cooker Home Deliveries
A delivery charge is applicable to all range cookers, they are as follows:
JP Distribution will accept the return of goods from customers only:
Goods will only be collected on official JP Distribution uplift notes.
JP Distribution promises to pick up goods for return within 60 days notification.
Fitted items will only be collected of accompanied by a manufacturer’s authorisation reference. Furniture is deemed to be fitted:
Appliances and sinks must be in their original packaging where possible
After a period of 60 days from the delivery date, authorisation has elapsed, no goods will be accepted for return under any circumstances.
A 15% handling charge will apply where there has been a failed delivery and prior arrangements have not been made to cancel the delivery.
