Return of Stocked Goods

JP Distribution will accept the return of goods from customers only:

• if notified within 14 days from the date of delivery. A re-stocking charge of 15% will be applied to goods surplus to you requirements, which are returned by prior arrangements, confirmed in writing.
• If goods are not available at the time of collection the right to a refund will be forfeited.
• where goods are damaged and faulty, JPD must be notified within three days of delivery
• on payment of our standard handling charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered)
• where goods are fit for sale on their return (including packaging) as they were on delivery

Goods will only be collected on official JP Distribution uplift notes.

JP Distribution promises to pick up goods for return within 60 days notification.

Fitted items will only be collected of accompanied by a manufacturer’s authorisation reference. Furniture is deemed to be fitted:

• if fascia has hinges attached or handle hole(s) drilled
• if a cabinet has had cams/dowels attached

Appliances and sinks must be in their original packaging where possible

After a period of 60 days from the delivery date, authorisation has elapsed, not goods will be accepted for return under any circumstances.

A 15% handling charge will apply where there has been a failed delivery and prior arrangements have not been made to cancel the delivery.
